S. Paolo 1951 is Della Nave's family-owned retail company of sacred art, dÃ©cor and vestments in Assisi.

Our shop has been located in the 'Seraphic City' since 1951 - we have now reached the third generation of owners. We were previously one of the oldest souvenir shop town, then, since 2002, with the current generation, we have turned into a wide-range retail store specialized in church furnishings and liturgical artifacts.

Since the beginning, we have set out to develop a store that would set the standards in our region (Umbria) and across Central Italy for religious furnishings and garments, thus investing a lot of time and money in this project. Today, according to the opinions of our customers and suppliers, we can say we have got very close to achieving our goal.

Since the beginning, we started supplying all the necessary religious items to the people living and working in churches, so that they could bring these buildings to life. Our products range from basic items for daily usage, up to the most demanding and refined dÃ©cor or the most important and precious vestments.

A number of master craftsmen have chosen our retail service for the distribution of their finest products, among which you will find:

chasubles made of silk or wool, or hand-woven with precious skein;
hand-embroidered gowns and tunics, (also available in a simpler and cheaper design); embroidered Mass sets, pulpit covers and book holder covers;
wooden statues, also available in handmade and hand painted version, including wooden crucifixes and Romanesque- or Gothic-style statues of the Virgin Mary; synthetic resin or fiberglass statues (cheaper but nevertheless of fine quality);
sterling silver or golden/silver brass goblets and pixies, made either through investment casting or hand-chiseled, national or foreign production, also available in olive wood, local craftsmanship;
monstrance, reliquaries and tabernacles in various styles (Romanesque, Gothic, Modern), also available in olive wood, customizable;
rings, chest or pastoral crosses, astylar crosses, incense burners;
wool or woven clothing for clergy, clergyman shirts, costumes, different types of sweaters (closed or open); raincoats and jackets, for both men and women;
church candles, liquid wax, natural wax (odorless and colorless), industrial production or hand-decorated;
sacramental wine, âex gemine vitisâ certified, red or white, sharp or sweet;
wafers and particles of various diameters and thicknesses, (special version available for celiacs);
incense, simple or flavored, entirely imported from production regions in Greece, sold in small packages or by weight.
